This collector wanted a vividly colored, highly textured triptych that told the story of the Garden of Eden. Below are the sketches she received at the beginning of the process. She asked for several revisions, and new sketches were submitted.

This collector wanted a medium-size painting in black and golds for her great room that would coordinate well with her sofa and throw pillows, as well as with a Japanese screen already hanging in the room. The painting went through a number of iterations before we hit on exactly what the collector was looking for.
